Leaders usually meet agility as a method and are then expected to embody it. The Agile Leadership Journey™ reverses that order: across twelve modules you work on your own mindset, your conversations and your feedback first, and only then put the same questions to your organisation. You work in groups of no more than six people, guided throughout by a licensed ALJ guide. An hour sits between modules, so the programme runs alongside your week rather than away from it.

The twelve modules in detail
The journey has two halves of six modules each. The first works on you as a leader, from your leadership model through conversations and feedback to your own habits. The second puts the same questions to the organisation: culture, structures and the route to a change that holds.

The first half works on your own leadership practice, from the model to the habit.

02Agile Organization: six modules
The second half widens the view from your own behaviour to the organisation.

- Agile organizations: comparing approaches taken in transitions

No. The tecnovy Agile Leadership Journey™ training holds no examination, written or oral. Your attendance is what counts: after the course you receive the Agile Leadership Journey™ certificate of completion.
02How do I get the ALJ certificate?
You receive it once you have completed both parts of the tecnovy Agile Leadership Journey™, Agile Leadership and Agile Organization. It is issued by Agile Leadership Journey, whose fee is included in the seminar price.
03How are the twelve modules structured?
Every module of the tecnovy Agile Leadership Journey™ pairs content you work through on your own with a live session of 60 to 90 minutes for discussion and exchange. There is an hour of break between modules.
04How large are the groups?
The tecnovy Agile Leadership Journey™ runs in groups of no more than six people. That cap is what makes it possible for every participant to bring their own cases rather than listen to someone else’s.
05What is used for the online work?
The tecnovy Agile Leadership Journey™ uses Mural as its visual collaboration platform and Zoom for the sessions. Cameras stay on, because the exercises depend on reading faces and reactions.
06What language is the course in?
The sessions of the tecnovy Agile Leadership Journey™ are held in German, while Agile Leadership Journey’s learning material is in English. You need English for reading, then, not for speaking.
07Do I need prior knowledge?
No. Agile Leadership Journey sets no admission conditions, and neither does the tecnovy Agile Leadership Journey™. What you should bring is responsibility for a team or a unit you want to work on.
