SAFe® AI-Native Foundations Certification

Artificial intelligence is not just changing individual tools. It is changing how decisions are made, how knowledge is built, and how work gets done. Understanding AI is becoming a basic requirement for staying effective and relevant in any professional role.

The AI-Native Foundations training from Scaled Agile, Inc. gives you a clear starting point. Over two days, you learn how Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI agents work together. You understand the EDGE framework, which explains why AI drives change faster and more deeply than most previous technologies. You also learn how to redesign one of your own workflows with AI for immediate, practical impact.

The course is designed for executives, project managers, product managers, consultants, and team leads. No prior AI knowledge or coding experience is required. The training is delivered in person by certified Scaled Agile trainers.

Are you a developer? The SAFe® AI-Native Foundations for Developers training is the better fit. It covers the same foundations and adds two hands-on modules on Agentic Coding and the shifting role of developers in AI-assisted teams.

After completing the training, you are eligible to sit the AI-Native Foundations exam from Scaled Agile, Inc. The exam consists of 45 timed multiple-choice questions. As a course participant, you receive perpetual access to the course workbook, a companion app, and online learning materials. After the exam, you receive a personalised coaching report that shows your strengths and where you can develop further.

If you pass, you earn the title Certified AI-Native Foundations Professional. The credential is renewed annually and is recognised globally. You also receive a digital badge to share on LinkedIn and other platforms.
