SAFe® AI-Native Change Agent Certification

The course is the second level in the AI-Native learning path from Scaled Agile, Inc. It builds on AI-Native Foundations and takes the next step. You learn how to plan, guide, and embed AI transformation across an organization. The core framework is the AI Solution Lifecycle, covering Sense, Discover, Design, and Deliver, a structured approach that moves AI projects from a vague mandate to production-ready delivery.

A second major focus is the Value Maximizer Playbook. With the Audit-Activate-Optimize-Centralize framework, you learn to unlock hidden potential in the AI tools and data your organization already owns, before reaching for new investment. You also work with decision frameworks for build-vs-buy choices, data strategy, and feasibility analysis, so you can de-risk an initiative before any code gets written.

The course is designed for professionals who drive AI change, not just observe it: transformation managers, product managers, agile coaches, strategy leads, and consultants. You step into the role of AI-Native Change Agent, the connector who keeps business and engineering working toward the same outcome.

After the training, you can take the Certified AI-Native Change Agent exam. The exam has 45 timed multiple-choice questions. After the exam, you receive a coaching report with question-level feedback, regardless of the outcome.

After passing the exam, you receive:

• The official Certified AI-Native Change Agent certificate from Scaled Agile, Inc.
• A digital badge you can share on LinkedIn and other platforms

The certification is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
