About Management 3.0 Foundation Certification
Dive into a new world of leadership and collaboration! The Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop is dedicated to the theoretical and practical implementation of agile management, with a special emphasis on tools that can be applied immediately after the workshop.
Originally developed for the software development sector, this workshop is now successfully used by agile teams and organizations worldwide. The workshop concept is highly interactive and introduces participants to various concrete tools known as Management 3.0 practices.

Who is the course suitable for?
An increasing number of companies are adopting agile methods for organization and product delivery. However, it is not enough to focus solely on the correct application of Scrum and adherence to timelines. To bring about sustainable changes, it is crucial to also consider the introduction and establishment of an agile mindset within the organization.
Management 3.0 offers comprehensive explanations and practical tools that can be applied immediately after the workshop. This concept is flexible and can be applied regardless of specific methods. The central focus is on understanding how management can be successfully designed in this new system.
The Foundation Workshop is aimed at teams and agile groups. In addition, people from middle and upper management often book this workshop to get support in introducing new approaches. The workshop is also useful for anyone actively involved in the implementation of business transformation, such as Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, OKR Champions, or members of the HR team and the LACE team.
Prerequisites of Attendance
This course does not require any prior knowledge. However, a basic understanding of management could be beneficial. The Foundation Workshop covers all six perspectives of Management 3.0 and thus forms the basis for agile leadership skills as well as for all further steps towards Management 3.0.
