IREB® Advanced Level Requirements Elicitation Certification

Structured requirements elicitation is a key discipline in professional requirements engineering – and this course equips you with exactly that. In the CPRE – Requirements Elicitation module, you’ll learn how to systematically identify requirements, apply proven elicitation techniques, and resolve conflicts early and effectively.

You’ll receive a practical framework for planning and conducting elicitation, including stakeholder analysis, source identification (documents, systems), creative techniques, and conflict resolution methods. You’ll also reflect on your own communication and elicitation skills to grow in your role as a requirements engineer.

This course follows the official IREB® syllabus and prepares you for both certification levels: the Practitioner exam (multiple choice) and the Specialist exam (written assignment). You can choose whether to take only the first level or both.
