IT training across Europe - tecnovy makes you future-ready.

tecnovy AI AI Practice and Management

Since the AI Regulation took effect, simply deploying AI is no longer enough: organisations that provide or operate it must ensure their people are competent. These two days give you that grounding. You classify AI systems into the risk categories, spot the legal pitfalls from data protection to copyright, and understand technically what you are deciding about. You finish with your own list of use cases, sorted by risk.

  • Beyond LLMs: what belongs to AI besides language models
  • Use cases from organisations running AI in production today
02Legal and ethical foundations

This part covers the rules AI decisions are actually made under.

This part gives you the vocabulary you need to take part in decisions.

  • Generative AI and natural language processing
  • Where bias comes from technically and how to detect it
  • The limits of today systems, named honestly
04Managing AI projects successfully

The closing block turns the idea into a project plan that holds up.

You spot where data protection, copyright and liability apply in concrete use cases.

  4. 04

You assess transparency, fairness and bias in an AI system.

  5. 05

You distinguish machine learning, neural networks and language processing by where each applies.

  6. 06

You plan an AI initiative from idea to delivery using a method such as CRISP-DM.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

01Is there an examination at the end?
No. The tecnovy AI Practice and Management training ends without an examination. You receive a certificate of participation confirming the topics covered.
03What does the EU AI Act regulate and who does it affect?
The AI Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 classifies AI systems by their risk and attaches different obligations to each class. It applies to providers as well as to organisations that merely deploy AI.
04Does the training satisfy the AI literacy obligation?
Article 4 of the AI Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 obliges providers and deployers to ensure their staff have sufficient AI literacy. This tecnovy training conveys exactly those foundations; whether that suffices in a given case is for your organisation to judge. Only a certification provides formal evidence of competence.
05What can I use the certificate of participation for?
It evidences that you attended the tecnovy training and worked through the EU AI Act material. Organisations use it as a record of AI compliance training delivered.
06Is the training worthwhile for a whole team?
Yes. Because law, technology and project practice are covered together, the team gains a shared language across the business, IT and compliance. tecnovy also delivers the training in house on request.
07How does this training differ from the AI Manager training?
These two days build overview and orientation. The four-day AI Manager training works on an initiative of your own, calculates its business case and leads to the optional P85 certification with Austrian Standards.
