Using an AI assistant for your own email is a personal choice. Whether your organisation invests in AI, which tools staff may use and who answers for the mistakes are decisions for leadership. This seminar is about the second kind: you assess what generative AI and AI agents can do today, weigh use cases by value and risk, and work out what the EU AI Act requires of your organisation. You need no technical knowledge.
For managing directors, board members and division heads without a technical background: in the tecnovy AI for Executives seminar you rank AI initiatives by value and risk and clarify accountability, so your leadership team decides on AI together.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
01Do I need technical knowledge for AI for Executives?
No, the tecnovy AI for Executives seminar assumes no technical knowledge. Terms such as generative AI or AI agent are explained, and there is no formal admission requirement.
02Will I learn to operate AI tools myself in the seminar?
No, the tecnovy AI for Executives seminar is not tool training. Live demos show what AI can do today, so you can judge where it creates value in your organisation, what you allow and who is accountable.
03What are AI agents, and why do they concern leadership?
AI agents are AI systems that complete a task in several steps on their own, accessing data and other software as they go. Because they act rather than only answer, leadership has to decide what they may access and who answers for their results. In the tecnovy AI for Executives seminar you see what agents can do today and where they fail.
04Which EU AI Act obligations does the seminar cover?
The tecnovy AI for Executives seminar covers the obligations that the EU AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, places on providers and deployers of AI systems, along with AI literacy, governance and risk. Providers develop an AI system or have it developed and place it on the market or put it into service under their own name; deployers use it. As of November 2026, the obligations for high-risk AI systems apply from 2 December 2027 to Annex III systems and from 2 August 2028 to Annex I systems.
05Does the seminar meet my organisation's AI literacy obligation?
No, not on its own: as of November 2026, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires measures that support the AI literacy of your staff and of other people who operate or use AI systems on your behalf, not only of leadership. It does not prescribe a specific level for any individual. In the tecnovy AI for Executives seminar you plan how to equip your staff.
06Will I have a finished AI strategy after the seminar?
No, the tecnovy AI for Executives seminar gives you the basis for decisions and your next steps, not a worked-out strategy. You develop its building blocks in the tecnovy AI Strategy & Transformation workshop, from assessing AI maturity through a use-case portfolio and roadmap to the metrics you steer by.
07Can I book AI for Executives for my leadership team?
Yes, tecnovy also offers the AI for Executives seminar as an inhouse seminar for a single leadership team.
08Is there an examination or a certification?
No, the tecnovy AI for Executives seminar ends without an examination and leads to no certification. With at least 80 percent attendance you receive the tecnovy certificate of participation.
