Hermann Woock

Hermann Woock holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Technical Computer Science and is an experienced consultant, trainer, and coach specializing in software architecture and the successful delivery of complex enterprise projects. Since 2010, he has been working with oose, supporting organizations in areas such as agile project management, architecture and design, testing, modern technologies, and the introduction of microservice architectures.

His extensive professional background includes roles as a software developer, project manager, chief architect, test team lead, and offshore coordinator across numerous international projects. His technical experience covers Java, C++, Spring, embedded systems, mobile applications, and large-scale enterprise environments.

Hermann is an active member of the iSAQB and an iSAQB Accredited Trainer. He also contributes at the iSAQB Expert Level and participates in the development of curricula and examination questions for the Certified Professional for Software Architecture (CPSA) Foundation and Advanced Levels.

In addition to his consulting and training work, Hermann is a regular conference speaker and lecturer in the Software Engineering Leadership master's program in Graz. His trainings combine in-depth architectural expertise with many years of practical project experience and a strong focus on real-world application.
