Slobodanka Sersik

Trainer & Coach

Slobodanka Sersik is an IT architect, trainer, and independent advisor with more than 20 years of experience in complex IT and architecture projects. Her focus areas include software and solution architecture, cloud strategy, architecture governance, and technical transformation initiatives. Alongside her project work, she has been teaching architecture and cloud computing in professional training and higher education for many years.

Her professional background includes roles as an IT Architect at IBM and Director Solution Architecture at SCAYLE / About You. At SCAYLE, she established architecture standards, integration patterns, and quality gates, built and led a team of Solution Architects, and supported enterprise customers in complex integration and transformation projects. At IBM, she spent more than a decade working on large-scale transformations in regulated environments with internationally distributed development and architecture teams. 

Slobodanka has also been a lecturer at HAW Hamburg since 2014, teaching subjects including information systems architecture and cloud computing. As a trainer, she combines extensive hands-on architecture experience with a strong background in teaching, coaching, and mentoring. She holds iSAQB CPSA-F and CLOUDINFRA certifications and delivers training for both the CPSA-F Foundation Level and the CLOUDINFRA Advanced Level module.
