Stephan Christmann

Stephan Christmann brings over three decades of experience in software development, quality assurance, and project management. With a background in computer science from TU Berlin, focusing on artificial intelligence, he has worked in various roles, from developer to senior management positions in renowned companies like Omicron Electronics and Software Quality Labs. Stephan has founded his own company, ARQ Solutions GmbH, in Switzerland, where he continues to serve as a consultant, trainer, and leader.

Throughout his career, Stephan has conducted more than 200 training sessions, both online and on-site, reaching over 1,600 participants. He is well-versed in agile and traditional development processes, including SCRUM, Kanban, and V-model. His expertise covers a range of areas such as software architecture, requirements engineering, and test management. An active member of both the iSAQB Advanced Board and the ISTQB Swiss Testing Board, Stephan contributes to the field by developing new training curricula and standards. He holds accreditations from iSAQB, ISTQB, and IREB, ensuring his training sessions meet high professional standards.
