Vincenzo Marchese

Vincenzo Marchese is a software engineering and architecture practitioner with over 25 years of experience across a wide range of organisations and transformation contexts. Based in London, he delivers consulting and training throughout Europe, supporting architects and architecture teams on their path toward sustainable architectural excellence.

His teaching focuses on building the skills and mindset needed by software, solution, and enterprise architects to succeed in complex socio-technical environments—prioritising practical judgement and ways of thinking over memorising specific frameworks or tools.

Over the course of his career, Vincenzo has led solution and enterprise architecture teams in large-scale transformation programmes and complex organisations. Recent consulting and training engagements include Boston Consulting Group, NatWest Group, and British Petroleum. He holds an MSc from the University of Pisa and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
